The competition is only open to existing QuickBooks customers who upgrade to a QuickBooks 2008 version between the 1st of April and the 5th May 2008.

Competition is open to UK residents excluding Northern Ireland only.

The winners will be drawn at random 1 month after the competition has closed on 5th May 2008 and notified by e-mail shortly afterwards.

If Intuit are unable to contact a winner within 30 days from the draw date another winner will be selected at random.

Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be changed.

This prize cannot be substituted for a cash prize.

Only one entry will be accepted per person.

Only 1 prize per customer.

This competition is not open to employees or contractors of Intuit or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the competition, or their immediate family members.

Customers who return the product within the 30 day money-back guarantee period will be withdrawn from the competition.

Intuit's decision is final in every situation including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.

Intuit reserve the right to cancel the competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control.

Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this competition.

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
